I want my customers to be happy and we work hard in the studio to achieve that. However, stuff happens!
We process orders within 24-48 hours or sooner. We work in a pet-free, smoke-free studio and we package our earrings carefully to avoid damage once they leave us. Once we receive an order, the customer will get an email with a USPS tracking # after the item ships.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RESTOCKING SOLD OUT ITEMS
If you want to order earrings that are “sold out”, be sure contact me here and provide the Product ID number. Some items were “one-offs” meaning some of the supplies are no longer available. I will respond to let you know if an item can be restocked.

We use USPS and we ship to the lower U.S. 48 states. Sorry, we don’t ship internationally.
We offer two methods to handle items that arrive damaged:
- We will try to offer a free replacement (if this is not possible then we’ll offer a refund less s/h) or;
- We will refund the cost less s/h per our customers’ wishes within seven (7) days of receipt. We will work hard to make your order right and seamless as possible. Just talk to us!
NOTE: Digital Gift cards and regular Donations are not subject to refunds. Donations can be canceled at any time.
