It depends. There are materials that are sometimes only available in special promotions or we are unable to re-purchase supplies to remake sold out earrings. The best thing to do if you see a set that’s sold out is to contact us and we’ll let you know if we can restock it.
I do not take custom order requests that aren’t already in the shop. That said, if you see a pair of earrings you like in the Shop and you want them in say… in a different color OR if you want silver posts instead of gold, shoot me an email and I’ll be happy to help. Keep in mind, I may not have all the colors of faux leather in my studio so I will inform you if I need to place an order for that color or supplies.
We typically ship orders between 24-48 hours. If for some reason we can’t fulfill an order within that time, we will notify the customer.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
You can also pay by check however, orders placed with check payments will ship after the payment has been received and deposited by us. If you choose to pay by check, please include the following:
- Product # of the earrings you’re ordering
- Full name and mailing address of the recipient

We only ship to the lower 48 U.S. states.
Yes, we only use USPS for shipping our orders.
Yes, you’ll receive an email with your USPS tracking number after your order ships.

All items are handmade and every effort is made to ensure the product is made and packaged to best of our ability. We have two methods to handle items that arrive damaged.
We will try to offer a free replacement or a full refund less s/h cost per our customers’ wishes. We will work hard to make your order right and seamless as possible. Just talk to us!
For the most part, yes, we do have some that were made using wooden pieces, but mostly we use faux leather or cork faux leather. We also like to pair the leather with charms.
Yes, All earrings are assembled with nickel free, hypoallergenic hooks and safely packaged in a non-smoking, non-pet studio.
In order to keep our earrings lightweight to wear, we generally do not use beads or any embellishments.
I started selling my earrings this year, however I’ve been a crafter for over 10 years.
The shop is always open, we ship orders and provide customer service Monday – Friday 9 AM – 9 PM PST. Saturdays is closed for business and Sunday hours are 9 AM – 5 PM PST.
